The weapons on this list are purely subjective as people's tastes may vary, but we believe we’ve scoured the internet and the deepest halls of Icecrown to bring you a list that would let you dazzle your friends in any outfit showoff. Not only are the weapons on this list aesthetically pleasing, but they’re also seen as status symbols. The status symbolism is due to the nature of receiving these items, as they can often be difficult or grindy.

If you're the type of player that likes to show off their badass loot to their friends, this list will give you plenty to talk about, but enough introductions, let's get onto the list!

Starting this list strong will be Bloodsurge, Kel’Thuzad’s Blade Of Agony. This one-handed sword is easily one of the most tantalizing swords, with its blue or pink hue screaming throughout the blade and an adorned skull fashioned on its hilt. This beautiful sword can be acquired by downing the Lich King on either 25-man heroic or 25-man instances. Each of the instances has its unique color, in the 25-man normal mode, you will get the soft shimmering blue, but in the 25-man heroic, you will get the pink hue on the sword. Either sword style is great, and we wish you luck in downing The Lich King to get it.

Our first, but not last, legendary weapon, Val'anyr, Hammer Of Ancient Kings, makes an appearance on this list. As some of you will know, this is the most sought weapon for its amazing capabilities on any healer, but today we will be rating the aesthetics of this legendary weapon. On to the aesthetics, Val'anyr, Hammer Of Ancient Kings, screams Titans with its intricate gold and copper design imbued throughout the hammer paired with its almost astral blue hue from the power resonating from within. Val'anyr, Hammer Of Ancient Kings, is one of the most beautiful hammers in the World Of Warcraft.

Kel’Thuzard’s Reach is for all paired weapon lovers, as Kel’Thuzad’s Reach is possibly the best-paired weapon in all of World of Warcraft. Normally paired weapons won’t make a list like this.

Still, Kel’Thuzad’s Reach is an exception with its soft blue glow and devastating hook design, making it a formidable weapon among the other titans on this list.

Don’t think we’ve forgotten about you staff lovers, as this staff is worthy of praise from any player in WOTLK Classic. Tower of the Mouldering Corpse is anything but elegant with its overarching simplicity yet astounding visuals complemented by the intense heat from the lava colors spewing from either end of this staff. Tower of the Mouldering Corpse is a hot and powerful staff. You can loot this staff by completing Forge of Souls (Dungeon instance) from the last boss.

Burnished And Gleaming Quel’Serrar from Onyxia 10-man are identical swords with distinctive World of Warcraft designs. We rate these swords as number 6 due to the sheer striking resemblance to the best swords of TBC Classic. Since the Burnished and Gleaming swords can be dual-wielded, we’ve seen some amazing warriors looking battle ready with these swords. You can't go wrong with these if you want some aesthetically pleasing swords that remind you of TBC days while slaying enemies in the WOTLK Classic.

The Crypt Fiend Slayer is amongst the titans of bows in WOTLK Classic. The Crypt Fiend Slayer is large and intricately detailed, with runes of old ages scattered throughout the cold metallic structure. The Crypt Fiend Slayer has an amazing bloom effect at the scope of the bow. Crypt Fiend Slayer is one of the most beautiful weapons of WOTLK Classic, and we recommend it for any Hunter or Warrior.

Crypt Fiend Slayer can be acquired through the final boss of Halls of Reflection.

If you’re a rogue, Fang Of Oblivion And Starshard Edge are a must for you, as their stats and looks are out of this world, literally. These two daggers drop from the Ulduar Raid and have the most unique appearance of all the daggers in the WOTLK Classic. These daggers look as though they’ve been crafted in the stars as the blades and hilts adorn constellations making for a unique and deadly design combo.

Quel’Delar is possibly the most well-known weapon on this list, but it does not disappoint. These four variations have some of the most detailed engravings and purposeful curves to indicate their defiance of the Lich King. Quel’Delar is a long quest line that can get started once you receive a battered hilt from any Icecrown dungeon. Quel’Delar is a must for any class within WOTLK Classic. Black Ice is a unique polearm that emits a deep and dark purple. The purposeful curves make for a deadly look while your enemies get lost in the deep purple abyss that emanates from this polearm. Black Ice drops from Malygos 10-man and is worth it for both the stats and looks. Black Ice easily makes its way to second on this list.

This axe is by far the most memorable weapon of WOTLK Classic, with its spitting resemblance to that of Frostmourne. The pale blue sheen emanating from the blade and the skull that holds the hilt and blade together create some of the most striking visuals World of Warcraft has to offer.
