How to get Black Chocobos in FFXIV?

Black Chocobos were introduced in Patch 3.0 with the Heavensward expansion in Final Fantasy XIV. These unique birds are a special subspecies of chocobo with the rare ability to fly, setting them apart from regular chocobos. They are an important milestone in your adventure, and every player progressing through Heavensward will eventually obtain one.

After then, Wiz will tell you that the egg has hatched once, therefor you need go to visit chicklet. As it is only a baby bird, you can not ride it. It can grow up gradually during the game after enough leveling.
