Event Dates and Timings

White Strikes Mayhem will run from Wednesday, January 21st at 10:00 a.m. Eastern to February 4th at 10:00 a.m. Eastern, offering a limited window for players to dive into the action and earn rewards. Whether you're a solo player or part of a guild, the event offers a variety of ways to participate, from battlegrounds to large-scale PvP battles in Cyrodiil and the Imperial City.

How to Start the Event

To get started, open the Crown Store in-game and grab the White Strikes Mayhem quest. Then head to your Alliance War faction's main gate in Cyrodiil or a battlegrounds camp near major cities. If you've participated in past White Strikes Mayhem events, you can skip the quest but will still receive a complimentary Pelanol's Boon Box. The buffs to Alliance Points (AP), XP, and Telvar Stones are now passive, meaning you don’t need any additional items to benefit.

Best PvP Zones for New Players

If you’re new to PvP, it’s recommended to start in the non-CP zones in Cyrodiil or the Imperial City, where lower-level players typically compete. Zones like Ravenwatch and No-CP Imperial City offer less competitive gameplay, ideal for those still learning the ropes. For those looking for more intense PvP, Greyhost and CP Imperial City are the places to be.

New Rewards and How to Earn Them

Throughout the event, players can earn Pelanol’s Boon Boxes by completing various PvP activities, including:

  • Battleground quests from Battlem Ribbon

  • Scouting, battle, warfront, and conquest missions

  • Elder Scroll capture and recapture quests

  • Daily quests in the Imperial City and several towns like Velastrus, Bumma, and Cropsford

The rewards inside the Pelanol's Boon Boxes include:

  • Telvar Stones

  • Cirid Repair Kits

  • Style items for your Alliance Armor or Averiri Armor

  • Prismatic Runestones and more!

A rare drop may include fragments for the Alliance Breton Terrier pet, Transmute Geodes, or the highly coveted Tava’s Ghost Shock Outfit Style Page.

Special Vendor: Edhazabi Aba-daro (Golden Vendor)

Edhazabi Aba-daro will have necklaces during the first weekend and rings during the second weekend of the event, available for Alliance Points (not gold). If you're looking to enhance your PvP gear, this is the perfect time to pick up missing pieces from set collections.

Empressario and Event Tickets

The Empressario will offer new collectibles, including the Rose Blood Bat Pet, and items from past events like the Legion Zero and Eban Steel Knight style pages. You can earn up to three event tickets per day by completing the following:

  • Siridil or Battleground daily quests

  • Imperial City District daily quests

These tickets can be spent on exclusive cosmetic items such as the Rose Blood Bat Pet or Tava’s Ghost Shock Style Pages.

Best Ways to Farm During the Event

Farming Alliance Points (AP) and Telvar Stones during this event can be highly rewarding. If you want to maximize your AP gains, consider joining the AP Train in the Quagmire Alliance Campaign or participating in Greyhost campaigns for intense battles and quick rewards.

If you’re looking for a more relaxed pace, completing scouting quests and town quests in areas like Cropsford, Bumma, and Coral will grant you Pelanol’s Boon Boxes, as well as a chance at bonus rewards. Solo or group play both work well in these areas, and they’re perfect for earning event tickets while avoiding major PvP conflicts.

PvP Tips for Beginners

If you’re new to PvP, here are a few tips to help you get started:

  1. Choose Non-CP Campaigns – These campaigns have lower-level players and less competition.

  2. Join a Strong Alliance – Look for campaigns where your alliance is dominant for easier PvP experiences.

  3. Stick with a Group – Traveling and fighting in groups increases survival chances, especially when you’re new to PvP.

  4. Play During Off-Peak Hours – PvP can be more challenging during peak hours, so consider playing in the mornings when fewer players are active.
