Since there is a 5-hour long power outage from 1:00-6:00, Nov.8 (GMT+8)  (i.e. 10:00-15:00, Nov.7 PDT, 17:00-22:00, Nov.7 UTC), orders made during this time or a little earlier will be delayed until power is restored.
