How to register Heavensward Steam Version
As I have write a guide about how to register Heavensward Steam Version, this guide is to introduce how to register FFXIV Heavensward Steam Version.
2. Log in to the Mog Station using the SE Account you want to register Heavensward to.
3. Select the"Your Account" tab on the top-left corner of the screen.
4. Select the service account you want to register your code on. If you have serveral service accounts . Please select the service account that contains the characters you want to access Heavensward with. If you only possess one service account, proceed to Step 5.
* Please be careful, as Heavensward access will only be granted to the service account that you select. Other services accounts will need a separate purchase of Heavensward in order to receive access.
6. Enter your 20-digit registration code, then click “Next.”
* Please make sure the letters are capitalized when entering the registration code.
7. Confirm details, then click “Next.”
*Note that Steam users who have “Account Type: (Steam)”listed on their service account will only be able to redeem Steam codes on their account. Heavensward codes from other retailers for the Windows version will not work on a Steam account.
PlayStation®3 / PlayStation®4 (physical package owners)
Regarding the Heavensward Software
Windows/Steam users:
Users who have registered their Heavensward code and are currently playing FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn will have their game client updated automatically and will not need to download a separate client. Users who do not have the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn client can download it from here: http://www.finalfantasyxiv.com/playersdownload/na/PlayStation®3 / PlayStation®4 (physical package version)
If you did not take part in early access and did not download the Heavensward software from PSN, you will need to insert your Heavensward disc into your console and install its contents. While most content will be download via the launcher program via an update, you must install this software as it is required to play Heavensward.PlayStation®3 / PlayStation®4 (PSN download version)
After pre-ordering, or purchasing, from PlayStation Store, you will be prompted to download the Heavensward software. While most content will be download via the launcher program via an update, you must download and install this software as it is required to play Heavensward.
A note regarding the end of early access
Early access will end on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at 12:01 a.m.in the time zone for the registered account’s region. Please register the full registration code/promotion code for FINAL FANTASY XIV: Heavensward before this time to continue playing after the early access period.* Users who pre-ordered the PlayStation®3 / PlayStation®4 download version will already be fully registered from the time they pre-ordered the game, so they will not need to register a separate promotion code.
