How to Get Horns of the Dragon in Dragon Bash Festival?

In GuildWars 2, watch the skies above Lion’s Arch come alive with an explosivefireworks show, and you will receive The Horns of the Dragon. 

Thefireworks begin at 9AM PDT on Friday, June 14 and will go off every two hoursuntil 12PM PDT Monday, June 17.

Thereare three kinds of the helmet: Light Horns of the Dragon, Medium Horns of theDragon and Heavy Horns of the Dragon. All of them are account-bound and theyhave the same appearance and can be dyed.
