FFXIV Regarding Character Creation Restrictions

The latest news from FFXIV official website is that there are updates on Character Creation Restrictions. During these periods, SE will build a temporary restriction on the creation of new characters. If you want to build new characters, please avoid these high congestion.

The updated intervals are 4:00 a.m./ 8:00 a.m./ 1:00 p.m./ 6:00 p.m./ 11:00 p.m. (PDT).
