Hongmoon Training Room
This new Hongmoon training Room allows players to hone their skills in a single-player PvE environment, concentrated on training players how to use their class abilities, which is quite helpful for you boosting a level 50 character. By clicking F12, you can jump into the Hongmoon Training Room. And you can choose to train with either battle it out in Dungeon mode or one of your class’s Elements.
You can choose a list of combos that either of your class’ Elements will generate. Each combo can be accompanied by a short description of the skills as well as the combo itself. Once choosing a combo, a training dummy will be spawned in the room. You must successfully complete the combo three times, which will give you a reward.
After accessing the Hongmoon Training Room, if you select the Dungeon option, you will be presented with a list of all Heroic Dungeon and Raid Bosses. Each boss will be accompanied by a breakdown of their abilities and a short description spoilers. You can choose either have a training dummy tank if you are using a ranged class or practicing DPS, or act as a tank in the fight.
The Hongmoon Training Room is a helpful new addition to the game, and we hope you enjoy taking advantage of it!
This is mainly to introduce how to earn additional sills and increase their power has changed. Skill trees are no more and you no longer have skill points. Instead, skills are unlocked at specific levels and you can choose between different Moves for each skill to specialize them.
By the class’ Elements, skills are further specialized per class. For instance, if you are a Blade master, you can choose between creating a Lightning or Flame build, selecting your unlocked skills, and specialized those skills by choosing their Move.
Your skill builds can still be saved to Skill Pages in the Martial Tome, and you can use new filters to display skills by their effect to help create builds more quickly. For example, you can ensure you have a skill with Daze in your build.
The overall goal of these changes is to simplify the previous complex system and retain the customization which makes the classes fun. This system help creating builds that are more straightforward and clearer. The filters and more direct Moves options help you spend less time fiddling in the UI, and more time playing the game.
If you first logging in after Secrets of the Stratus goes live, you will be defaulted to one of your class Elements with pre-selected skills. It is suggested first opening the Martial Tome to set things up to your liking.
